Recovery process after nose surgery:
First Week: Swelling and bruising will be intense, social life can be returned after a week.
First Month: Swelling decreases and the shape of the nose becomes clear.
3-6 Months: Most of the nose heals.
1 Year: The nose is completely settled and takes its final shape.
Following your doctor's instructions, sun protection, and proper sleeping position are important.
At the beginning of the healing process, it is normal for the nose to appear slightly higher than normal. This is due to the pressure of the plaster applied immediately after the surgery and the swelling in the nose. However, as the swelling decreases, the nose will regain the desired shape.
